It has been a busy month for NECF and we are happy to have launched our first playground in Kisii County at Kids Alive Nyamarambe children's home!
Kids Alive Nyamarambe children's home was opened in 2004 in partnership with a local church whose leadership saw the needs of poor and vulnerable children in the area. It houses around 30 children, ranging from 3 years to 18 years of age that are either orphaned or abandoned by their families.

Apart from makeshift footballs and skipping ropes, they also had a wooden swing (circled in red) that is not safe for the children to play on.
After
We would like to thank Operation Play for partnering with us once again to put play equipment at Kids Alive Nyamarambe. Through this partnership, NECF has managed to improve the lives of more children. We look forward to collaborating on more projects and as we say, 'bring happiness to children'.
